Are you a restaurant?
No, we are not a restaurant. We are purely dedicated to catering. We make the product fresh and ready to be delivered or picked up.

How and when can I order?
It’s easy. You may download our Menu. To place your order, we require a minimum purchase of $150. To guarantee your order we request a 3 day advance notice. Telephone or fax your order to 200-1225 we’ll deliver it directly to your work, home or place of event.


When are you open?

Open for orders from:
Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday – close (reserve for on-site catering)
Sunday – close (reserve for on-site catering)

Delivery times:
Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm

How can I pay?
You can pay with all major credit and debit cards over the telephone when we confirm your order or by certified check and cash on delivery.

Can I pick-up my order?
Yes, we are open by appointment only. Please schedule an agreed pick-up time during
9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

How do you work your deliveries?
On a first come first served basis, we currently have one delivery driver so order early if you have tight lunch schedule. We will deliver to your work, home or place of event. There is a $30 delivery charge. If it requires further distance additional charge may apply.

Do you deliver on Saturday and Sunday?
We normally reserve weekends for on-site catering. However, if it’s a big order we can be persuaded to make a delivery for you.

What are your delivery times?
From 9:00 am to 5:00pm , Monday to Friday. These delivery time slots are allocated on a ‘first come – first served basis.

What happens if my food is late?
There are times when our kitchens are very busy. If we think we will not be able to deliver within your specified time, we will call you to give you the latest estimate of delivery time. If you are worried about where your order is, please call us.

Where does my food come from?
When your order has been confirmed our chefs get to work on your order. Everything is freshly prepared specially for your order. Our suppliers are extremely important to us, so we can uphold our ‘finest quality’ policy. We import all our Japanese produce from the leading and most reputable Japanese wholesaler. Our fruit and vegetables come from the local markets.

Do your orders come with wasabi, soy sauce & ginger?
Yes, all of our dishes are accompanied with top quality kikkoman soy sauce, the finest ‘gari’ ginger, and wasabi. You can order extra of these with your order if you wish.

Where and when was sushi invented?
Some say sushi came to Japan with the introduction of rice cultivation in the 4th century BC, while others believe that the practice was brought back with the Buddhist priests returning from China after their training in the 7th century AD. No one really knows where and when, but fish was being pickled with rice as a preservation method in Southeast Asia as early as the 5th century BC.

What is sushi?
A simple definition… “delicately seasoned rice, filled or topped with either raw, cooked or marinated fish, shellfish, vegetables or egg”.

What is sashimi?
Sashimi is thinly sliced, raw seafood. Many different kinds of fish (and other types of seafood) are served raw in the Japanese cuisine. Most importantly the fish has to be very very fresh.

Can I have sushi without using Nori (black seaweed)?
Yes, we offer vegetable nigiri which is vegetable on top of rice. In addition we offer Soy Wrap which can be used in sushi rolls and making wraps. More info on Soy Wrap

I am pregnant and have been advised not to eat too much fish?
To eat too much fish is not advised when you are pregnant especially NOT raw fish and sushi! – best to wait until after your pregnancy.

I don’t eat fish! Do you have any vegetarian rolls?
Yes we have vegetarian rolls. If you have any special requirements, phone us. We will do all we can to help.

What is the cost for having a sushi chef on-site at my party?
For the ultimate in sushi show and presentation, a sushi bar and sushi case filled with delicious seafood can be set up at your location. One of our highly trained chefs will prepare your sushi based on the custom menu created especially for you and your guests.

Sushi chef on site presentation: $100.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Sushi chef fee does not include food costs. We require a minimum food charge of $1,000 for on-site catering at your party.
